Hi, I’m Annabel
A UK based Master Jungian Life Coach, Mum and Divorcee. I am an advocate for divorce being an opportunity to reinvent yourself and move from merely surviving to unapologetically rising and thriving.
Through my own experience of divorce, I realised I had a choice, to stay feeling stuck, scared and radically overwhelmed, or to use this as an incredible opportunity to reevaluate and recreate my life on my terms; to truly transform.
It was only when I started to turn inwards for the answers that real shifts began to happen. Through discovering what was really keeping me stuck, I was able to release the past conditioning that had held me hostage for so long. To discover who I really was outside the role of wife and full-time Mum. It is now my mission to share this incredible work to empower others too through my Lane Limitless Life Programmes.
We have everything we need inside of ourselves to live a rich, beautiful life, but we often need guidance and help to unearth those hidden gems - especially after a major change like divorce. It takes courage to remove the mask we have spent decades hiding behind, and welcome in the parts we have pushed away. I am here to guide you on this journey of self-discovery.
