Hi, I’m Annabel Lane — certified Master Jungian Life Coach, and founder of Red Dress Energy®.
For years, I supported women healing after divorce - and I still do. But my work has grown into something bigger: supporting any woman who’s outgrown the life she’s been living, no matter what brought her here.
I do this through a unique blend of shadow integration - bringing home the parts of yourself you’ve hidden, embodiment and visibility practices - so you feel radiant and unapologetically seen, and energy work to align your whole identity - so you can step fully into the life you were always meant to live.
